WEEK 18 RESULTS ARE POSTED! CONGRATS TO ZOMTOM ON BACK-TO BACK CHAMPIONSHIPS!!!
While nobody hit in Week 17 we had 3 players hit in Week 18 to split the weekly $65 prize but the big news is ZOMTOM and his winning back to back Championships!!! Congratulations on being the first back to back Champion in the Parlay. The three players splitting the bank this week are CABLE GUY (4-4/6-8), KABO (4-4/5-8) AND JIMMY MAC (4-4/6-7), each player earns $21.67 for their wonderful week. They, along with ZOMTOM are the players to be at next year.
As for the leaderboard, there were no changes to the top so ZOMTOM is our Champ, SMITTY held onto 2nd (somehow...) over BIXBY, BIXBY held onto 3rd which means T-BUCK finishes 4th (tied-with BIXBY but tie-breaker points are in BIXBY's favor), and JUGGERNAUT held onto 5th all by himself. Congrats to all who placed this year in avery tight race.
ZOMTOM finished with Best Percentage, Juggernaut tried but fell short by 2 points!! ZOMTOM still picked at amazing 68.1% which places him #1 in the history of the Parlay and makes him only the third player to win both the league and Best Percentage (SPARKY (retired) is the only other player to do that and he did it twice).
Our "POS Card of the Week". The area of the recap where we highlight our "struggling player(s)" for the weekend. Because it's the last weekend of the year I've decided to not highlight THE DUKE, POST MAHOMES OR PIGSKINOLOGIST for not hitting on the final card of the year. Those who did know who they are and I am sure they are feeling pretty bad. I'm sure they will be hitting the books earlier than most to make things right next season.
Pigskin Weekly Recap. Each week right below the Parlay Standings I will post the picks for all the players along with my correction/scoring recap. Now it is in my shorthand for recording of scores (including LMS picks) but you will be able to see how all the player's picked for the week, I hope you find it interesting. You'll notice I log the time the picks come in, if the player rolls picks you'll see an arrow, if they add, I use the "+" sign. The slash through a number is a correct pick and the numbers in RED next to the players name is my shorthand for the scoring of each player prior to me entering it in to the EXCEL spreadsheet each week. That's pretty much it.
